The primary mission and purpose of The Library Network Youth Services Committee is to promote, advocate and consistently work to achieve the highest level of public library service to youth from birth to twelve years and to others concerned with young people.”
At our meetings we share ideas, and report on what is going on at member libraries, and on various library committees. We sometimes have speakers-educational experts, vendors etc. who might help us to better serve our constituency.
The Youth Services and Teen Services Committees collaborate on our yearly Performer’s Showcase.
