Project Development and Credits

Modification of Western Michigan University's Searchpath was made by a committee of members from The Library Network cooperative. Joy Cichewicz converted the site to css/template-driven format and modified pages to reflect recommendations made by the committee.

Media Production at WMU created the the Flash pieces for information literacy in Module 1 and where to find indexes (Module 4), as well as the opening page graphic. Flash piece for Module 1 was modified for The Lirary Network by Melanie Bell.

Many of the graphics came from TILT and WMU Searchpath others were created by Joy Cichewicz and Donna Winter or come from free clip art collections such as the Action-Links Clip Art Archive and the Northern Illinois University images. Permission was granted by the New Yorker for the use of the "On the Internet, nobody knows you are a dog" cartoon.
